There are still many great school choices in both the district and charters, if you are still looking, please apply and find the right spot for your child. Go to Oakland Enrolls to submit your application.
Different schools, sometimes show results for certain groups of children so please check the data. Some of the schools showing the highest gains with our babies still have seats, including Fruitvale, Madison Park, Laurel, Hoover, and Mack, which consistently has the highest college eligibility rate for Black youth in the district. Those are just a few of the schools, so do your homework and make the best choice you can.
